This week was gas. Our week was absolutely amazing because of the New Year and we got in trouble for being out late (7:01 PM) but anyways we had some good exchanges and one of my favorite exchanges I had this week was with my old companion! The one from Uruguay! He was able to see how much I've grown and it was definitely weird that we were back knocking doors, but the purpose of his visit (as our district leader) was to interview our friend... and then this happened:
I LOVE David, I can't say a lot but he went from the underground in Peru to cleaning his life up completely! He is so hype and knows his Savior loves him. His motto is "new year, new haircut, new baptism, new David." And I guess there is some power in a new haircut because he is the BEST and after years of being lost it only took him 19 days with the missionaries! Such a testament to how the atonement of Jesus Christ can change people! True Christlike love changes ALL.
