Pink Princess Polka Dot Party

She was VERY excited for her 3P party!
In fact she wanted to change her outfit 3x before 5pm!

Yes 3P party!  Bridget told me she wanted cake balls for her party, she told me she wanted princesses, and lots of pink.  So I did everything she asked for and it turned out so cute!  She wanted spaghetti for her birthday dinner, but we all decided Baked Ziti would be better, so I made that with green beans and Cheesy Bread.  Her cousins came over and Uncle Ryan and Auntie Veronica came too!  We all had a yummy feast and then opened some presents.

She had a very princess themed party.  Grandma and Grandpa Horn gave her a princess phone, and a cool dress up box.  That was a hit with everyone...

Auntie Steph gave her a princess tea set, everyone LOVED that.

Auntie Veronica, Uncle Ryan and Noah and Elijah gave her dress up shoes that she liked, but Lucas really was the one who wore them throughout the house. :)  He is good with heels! Haha.
Lucas picked out a princess hopscotch game that all of the kids liked.
We gave her a Princess Aurora Barbie, her very first barbie!  She thought she was "special."
Then Uncle Chris came with his girlfriend Megan who we all think is the coolest.
They gave her a necklace and cool socks and a cute hat.

Then Grandma and Grandpa Witte came and Bridget told Grandpa all about her birthday.  Grandma grabbed Scarlett for some cuddle time.
We had the birthday song sung only how the Witte's can do it, not totally in the right key but with lots of love and enthusiasm. Bridget LOVED the attention.
We had Strawberry(pink) ice cream with french vanilla cake balls and strawberry supreme cake balls.
I gave everyone 2 but Bridget ended up eating 9 all by herself.

Then she opened up her present from Grandma and Grandpa Witte which was a Princess Sticker/Coloring Book with 600+ stickers and a Princess Memory game.  Everyone left and Bridget game me a hug and said Thank You about 11 times before we put jammies on and threw the kids into bed.  It was a fun Pink Princess Polka Dot Party. I am glad we have family close it makes things like birthdays seem more special!

Happy 2nd Bridge!

  5. Why didn't you bring me? I am so offended. I can go to Wicked but not Bridget's party? Whatever!! The uncanny ability Lucas has to walk in heels, he totally gets that from his father. I just know it. We all know about your walking abilities in general, but I think you have improved with age for sure.
