Pack of Boys

Today was our MEGA building clean up/flag requirements day. I know it seems like all we do is cub scout lately, but with me being at the school 13+ hours a week, plus dance, plus basketball, plus PTO, plus callings, plus our 2x a week temple visits, not to mention Nathan's calling and me subbing in RS - there isn't much picture taking of the day to day stuff, because, its boring. That was a massive run-on sentence. Like, wow.

Anyway - in order for my pack to pass off a bunch at the blue and gold next month, we (the leaders) decided to have a mega pass off day.

We had the boys come and clean the church (requirement/service project) and then we did each Den's flag requirements together.

It was incredible. We had all but 3 show up. Not including the 7 boys who didn't need to be there (technically) or the boys moving UP into Wolves this year.

The kids were lucky because there was a band there practicing for our ward's Adult party for tonight.

Lucas and Brody are in the same class at school. They have become great little friends.

We finished cleaning, I handed out cuties, and then we started flag requirements.

All of the leaders were there too. It was great to have everyone working together.

It was 19 degrees out, and Lucas had just come from a basketball game. He was FREEZING.

This boy in the red jacket is cousins with some of our Colorado friends (Thorntons)
He is in Lucas's class too. It has been nice to have someone love the Rockies almost as much as Lucas.

We were home by Lunch and now we can shower and gussie ourselves up for Date Night! Woo-Hoo!
