We started the day off by getting my hair french braided.
(Thanks Steph!)
Then went to our first stop, the nail salon!
Scarlet wanted a cheetah and zebra alternating pattern, but then was mesmerized by the sparkles, and that is what she got!
True to Tradition, Auntie Steph got the same on her toes!
Pink Sparkles with White Squares!
On the way to the next place Scarlett was laughing about how she knew we were in California because there are leaves on the trees (not like Colorado, which is really dead looking because it is winter)
Then we made it to our next stop which was Build a Bear!
No one has been there before, so this was especially neat!
Scarlett loves animals so much. She wants to work in a zoo when she grows up, and if you ask her what her favorite animal is, she will tell you "all of the animals and the ones I have never seen before too!"
So, it was no suprise that she picked an animal that doesn't make much sense.
Ariel's Kitty.
Why Ariel the mermaid would have a kitty, is still the question of the hour. LOL
Scarlett loved this entire process!
Grandma and Scarlett after assembling her outfit and the the rest of the kitty garb!
Scarlett loves her kitty, Treasure! The mall we went to also had a cool water feature, so we met up with the boys for a quick picture before heading out to lunch.
The mall has a two story carousel, and Scarlett really wanted a ride!
Then it was lunch time. We went to this incredible restaurant. You eat while the kids play!
But, it isn't a part of the mall. It is the actual restaurant!
Our server, Carlos was terriffic.
He asked Scarlett after her serenade what her favorite part of the restaurant was and she said "THE MACARONI!" Everyone laughed.
What a fun experience!
Then we hit up the Hello Kitty Store.
Then we went home and had the most incredible pastrami pizza.
Wow.
IT WAS SO GOOD!
