Today I am grateful for GiGi.  

To me she will always be Grandma Andree, but to my kids she is GG.

Since this picture was taken she has had 2 more GREAT Grandchildren born, and next year she will have a total of 6 Great Grandbabies. Yes, 5 of them are mine, but give it time...Stephanie will pass me. Hahaha.

Growing up I never liked the girly girl stuff and my Grandma never pressured me to like it, but I have a child who ADORES her GG because she loves the same things as her.

Bridget can't wait to grow up and be fancy like GG. They truly are one in the same.

Sometimes I watch Bridget and think of my Grandma, they are so similar.

Scarlett loves her too and Juliet - hasn't been able to delve into all the wonderful things that are - GG.

Lucas thinks it is so weird that Grandpa Horn and GG are the same. As in family.

He is so grateful and happy to be loved by GG.

Today is GG's birthday. I am so grateful for Grandparents and Great Grandparents.

I was lucky enough to actually know my Great Grandma. Her name was Louise.
Louise is Grandma Andree's Mom!  The women in my family live forever!!! :)
I loved Grandma LuLu so much that I gave Bridget, Louise as a middle name.
I am grateful that I got to have a real relationship with my Great Grandma LuLu and that my kids so far have been able to get to know and love their Great Grandma or GG too!

I love you GG. I like to tell people that the only reason she bought a computer was to see MY kids. 

So I know she will be reading this, and I wanted to wish her a happy birthday and the kids do too!

For the record Grandma has 7 Grandkids. (I am the oldest and the best.)

and 5 almost 6 Great Grandkids. Isn't that awesome?
