We have 3 different versions we hope to try this week. Saturday we started with the easiest version.
The kids each took turns turning it on, and running away. Nathan couldn't stop shooting them either!
Lucas was very scientific about the whole thing. He was the one who suggested using different bottles, so we dumpster dove into the recycling bin and found these beauties...
Each kid took a guess as to which one would go the furthest.
Juliet just hung around. Laughing most of the time.
Lucas convinced the girls to be the gatherers. So he would shoot solo and Scarlett would retrieve.
It was so fun!
Scarlett did not want to get wet so she hung back with me.
Nathan stood it up and the girls loved that!
The best shooter was the 2 liter bottle. The regular 16oz was lame...see above.
This one hit the tree, and almost killed Jules so we stopped. :P
It was a perfect activity that was less than $10, Sometime this week we will try version 2 and 3. :)
Summer is almost over. Boo!
