Father's Day!

This is Nathan's FIRST Father's Day with ALL of our children. 

Our complete family. We didn't do anything extravagant, just blueberry muffins in bed, then church.

Our kids were not their normal selves. Nathan had to take Juliet and Scarlett out 3x for random crying.

I don't know why, or what was going on, but - he had to take them into the hall.

Bummer.

After nap, he did his favorite thing with the kids (wrestle) and then we had dinner.

Broiled Pork Chops and Corn on the Cob.

After dinner we gave him his cards and his special book, and then the kids did this...

 They drew a city on his back!

 Which, for Juliet meant "Eat Markers!!!!"

 When they were done it was time to play on their creation.

 Mason had plenty of cushion to prop up on, so he watched and played with the kids.

 Nathan was laughing and giggling the whole time. He said it was ticklish and massagey good, 

at the same time.

after that, Nathan turned his shirt around and we sat in our jammies and chowed on chocolate chip cookies...

 that came from a package...

that were left over from the preparedness fair...

and now there are none left, because Nathan and the kids ate 24 cookies in one sitting.

Yikes.

It was a fun little day, and now the kids are in bed and we are enjoying each others company, which is our favorite after 8pm pastime. :D
